This post was written as a result of a problem that arose while working on Age of Empires 2 HD. The games comes with "-language=english" as the default language, and it does not let you change this setting easily. It also includes all the text in that language, which for many people is unreadable. However, there's a good fix for this problem! All you need to do is locate your Age2HD folder and find "Language", then drag and drop all the files inside this folder into your "Age2HD\\data\\LANG_ENGLISH" folder. That's it! There's also a discussion on the Age Community Forums, with another way to do this. Note that if you're using DOSBox, you'll need to edit "doscd.ini" . The line that says "LANGUAGE=English" needs to be changed to: at the beginning of the line, and the line: needs to be removed. Something like: would work with DOSBox and older versions of DOSBox (0.74 and above). Together with his son Alexei Alexeevich Metelevich, he wrote a novel in 1937 titled "Markovka".
